To integrate your eBay Store with Stock Konnect, please follow the steps below:
1. Hover on Channels, then eBay & Click on “Accounts”
2. Select eBay site you want to list your iti on
Sync eBay Listing Items: Select “Yes” to Sync eBay Listing items, it will import all your eBay listings on-to Stock Konnect Program. Select “No” if you do not want listings to be imported.
Similarly, select “Yes” to Build Inventory Manager, it will auto-link the eBay listing items with inventory
Manager. Select “No” if you already have it.
Note: Choose the sales channel with the most accurate stock level where you currently manage your inventory (Recommended).
Auto Generate SKUs (Stock Konnect requires a unique SKU): Select “Yes” for Stock Konnect to generate SKUs if your imported listings do not already have SKUs or you want to change thi. The generated SKUs will be saved on-to Stock Konnect only unless you update the active listing from Stock Konnect to apply changes on eBay too.
Click on “Connect with eBay” to sign in to eBay account and grant access for Stock Konnect, this will open the eBay Sign In page in a new window.
3. Enter your eBay user ID and password to sign in
After you are logged in, you will be asked to grant access to the application. Click on “Agree” and a confirmation message will appear.
Next click on “close this tab” – or close the browser tab manually Now you should be back on Stock Konnect account page, where you need to click on “Fetch eBay Token” it will start bringing your listings on to Stock Konnect program which means you have now successfully connected Stock Konnect to your eBay account.
For shipping and business policies go to Channels, Select eBay and Click on “Accounts”. On Accounts list page, click on “Refresh Accounts” visible in third column named “Site”.
Note: If changes are made then this process should be repeated each time.
For categories, Go to Channels, Select eBay and Click on “Categories”. From drop down select your eBay site and Click on “Refresh Categories” to get official eBay categories and eBay store categories.
Now your sign up is complete.
